The Challenge.

Grohe is a leading global brand for bathroom solutions that lives by its values through its incredible projects towards a better future. Alongside important sustainability work, Grohe also aims to encourage and nurture emerging talent with its Grohe Training Academy.

The Grohe GIVE programme is designed to educate and guide young, upcoming installers towards a prosperous future in the industry. The programme is successfully running in 50 institutions across EMENA, and more facilities are planned in the coming years. Each school receives training equipment, workbooks, and signage, and each enlisted student receives, alongside an education, a welcome pack, graduation kit, certifications, and Grohe-branded tools.

With the training academy’s global footprint, Grohe faced the challenge of getting everything the schools and students needed to wherever they were in the world while dealing with the intricacies of Brexit, stock control, and limited-time resources.

The Fix.

Since 2019, LogisKIT has been working with Grohe. Over the years, we have become an integrated partner and an extension of the Grohe GIVE delivery team. From sourcing branded swag and in-house printing collateral to assembling welcome boxes and global shipping, we’ve got the Grohe team covered.

All of Grohe’s available stock is stored centrally in our secure warehouse and kept track of using our real-time LogisKIT inventory portal. Our warehouse team keeps the stock levels up to date and flags when it is time for new stock to be ordered. From anywhere in the world, Grohe can log in to their dedicated LogisKIT portal and select what they need and where they need it delivered to. Then, adding that extra personal touch, a team member will reach out directly to confirm the details and, if required, gain additional information. 

We are also responsible for sourcing and preparing the student gift boxes and employee onboarding kits. These kits include a selection of branded goodies, such as t-shirts, drink bottles, pens, framed graduation certificates, plumbing tools, and jackets, which equip the students for the entirety of the programme and for later on in their careers.

Sending equipment like this does not come without its intricacies. However, no logistical challenge is too big for the LogisKIT team, which knows how to navigate tricky Customs import and export challenges. As global shipping experts, we are one step ahead of the latest rules and can adapt to meet compliance criteria, meaning we have a high delivery success rate from the remotest parts of Azerbaijan to the Philippines. As you can imagine, this insider knowledge comes in handy when sending tool kits halfway across the world!
