The Challenge.
Danone has many different brands under its banner, such as Nutricia, Cow&Gate and Aptamil. Each brand has a busy event schedule and attends a mixture of consumer and healthcare roundtables and exhibitions of all sizes. As you can imagine, that’s a lot of equipment that needs to be moved from A to B and back again.
The Fix.
LogisKIT has provided logistics and storage support to Danone since 2016, and the partnership continues to grow.
Once the Danone marketing team plan their exhibition and event schedule for the year, they rely on team LogisKIT to manage the delivery of their on-site brand presence. Each event varies in size and location; it may be something simple, such as banners and leaflets delivered to the site via courier through a full shell scheme set up at a large exhibition.
Our team take the stress away for Danone by liaising directly with the venue to complete important documentation and ensure smooth set-up, no matter how small or big the project. Our team will also source any event collateral, such as new banners, leaflets or shell scheme panels, and arrange the design and print of these items.
Danone utilises our logistics and storage facilities for all their event supply needs. In our warehouse and LogisKIT inventory, we hold an array of Danone branded light boxes, pop-up stands, shell schemes and branded goodies for each brand. When the Danone marketing team need their kit, they use the LogisKIT stock portal to check their inventory and confirm they have everything they need in storage. Then, they place an order with the team for what they need, when and where it needs to go and if there are any other special requirements. The LogisKIT team picks it, packs it, and ships it to the event. Then, we work with our delivery partners to retrieve the kit post-event. When the kit returns to our team, give it a full health check to ensure it is in good condition and ready to be used again. Any issues are highlighted with Danone, and repairs are organised.
