The Challenge.

NetDocuments is a global enterprise content management system that changes how important and confidential information is shared. With a team of 400+ employees, mainly split across the US and the UK, and a worldwide client footprint, there was an urgent need for streamlining and consolidating.

A busy events marketing schedule means that NetDocuments send their event kit all over the world for exhibitions and conferences. It was becoming unmanageable; liaising with multiple suppliers was taking up valuable time.

The Fix.

When previous suppliers weren’t delivering, LogisKIT came to the rescue!

NetDocuments has quickly become a full-service client. The NetDocuments team attends lots of international exhibition shows, legal tech forums, and round tables, so it is important that they put their best foot forward at all times. From sourcing branded ‘swag’ goodies and creating and delivering small pop-up stands to managing the design and delivery of exhibition stands and event kits, LogisKIT has become NetDocuments ’s consistent point of contact for all things logistics.

We have delivered across the UK, EMEA, Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia, then safely returned the event kit to our secure warehouse facilities. Our team then cross-references, quality audits and flags any items that need repair before packing everything into the NetDocuments dedicated storage space.

Our team also sources and manages the suppliers for all NetDocuments branded goodies, which you will also find safely stored in our warehouse. All stock levels are tracked on the LogisKIT stock platform, making it super simple for UK and US teams to check availability and order what they need for their exhibitions and events.

asembl.group, our parent company, is key to supporting NetDocuments. The asembl. team has worked to execute the event strategy by delivering the NetDocuments Inspire 2023 conference.
